Growing With the Needs of Our Community
For more than a decade, our organization has been showing up for Cecil County. What began as CASA of Cecil County, providing court-appointed advocacy for children in foster care, grew as new needs emerged. Cecil County Mentors and Cecil Visitation Center expanded the ways we serve our community. Keys to the Future is the capital campaign to create interim housing and independent living support for youth aging out of foster care, helping them build practical life skills and prepare for greater independence. Cecil Anchor Point brings this work together under one name, creating a network of programs and services for children, youth, and families.
